From Medium Density Fibreboard panels to chipboard panels, Fantoni’s “total design” starts with research into new basic materials with a view to creating new forms and, above all, offering innovative possibilities to the furnishing and architectural sectors. One of the most recent examples of this is Metalwood, a material which as well as being easier to work during the milling phase, is particularly suited to finishing using the epoxy powder paint process.
